OBJECTIVE
Review the general methodology of the HDM-4 for the evaluation of investments in roads. Point out the main considerations that must be kept in mind when using the HDM-4 for the formulation of programs linked to performance-based contracts. To illustrate the application of the HDM-4 in the elaboration of programs based on the performance by means of a complete and exhaustive example in which the different stages of this process are approached, from the preparation of the data until the generation of the program of definitive work . Provide a forum for attendees to exchange experiences on this subject.
