Use this selection if you wish to apply for access to download the latest software and documentation. This is for HDM-4 licence holders only and you must provide you Product ID so we can validate your licence details.

If you cannot locate your Product ID, please include details on where and when you purchased HDM-4 so we can locate your details.

Technical Support

Please visit the Knowledge Base articles first to see if your issue is described there prior to contacting technical support.

Use this selection if you wish to seek help with using the software, or to report an issue you are having. Please provide details of the software version you are using and a description of  the error you have experienced, with any codes.

HDMGlobal Technical Support will respond to, usually within 48 working hours, and may ask you to provide further details and/or your workspace to help resolve your issues.
