The Mexican Institute of Transport has announced a new course:

Application of HDM-4 in Preparing Works Programmes for Performance-Based Contracts

The course reviews the general methodology of the HDM-4 software for the evaluation of investments in roads and focuses on the main considerations that must be kept in mind when using the HDM-4 for the formulation of programs linked to performance-based contracts. To illustrate the application of the HDM-4 in this area a complete and exhaustive example in which the different stages of this process are presented, from the preparation of the data of entrance until the generation of the definitive work programme. This will also provide a forum for attendees to exchange experiences on this subject.
